Please make purchases through my Etsy Store here. Due to the new regulations on import laws, I do not collect VAT thru this storefront nor do I want to hold the customer responsible for paying the fees upon receipt, hence why it must be done thru Etsy.
Notice to customers in Germany: unfortunately I cannot ship there anymore. As I have only sent a very small handful of orders in the last few years to Germany, the cost and procedures required to register and comply with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) regulations is not feasible for me as a small artist. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Your order will be shipped when the pre-order item is in stock. If for some reason you need the items be shipped at separate times, please contact me and arrangements can be made. Please be advised that additional shipping fees will be added for separating shipments.

Maybe, maybe not! Honestly It depends on the demand of the item, or if I feel like it is time for the design to be retired. I usually make announcements and updates on my Twitter and I will be keeping the Latest Updates page updated as well. You can also sign up to be notified by email once an item is back in stock.

✦Where is my package? Why hasn't my tracking updated? ✦
COVID-19 has caused major delays in shipping worldwide. The shipping estimates can vary much more now due to these delays and it also depends on your country's delivery services. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
Once a package is shipped, it is no longer my responsibility because there really isn’t anything I can do once it is on the hands of the courier. If your package still has not arrived over 3 months, please contact me and I will do my best to work something out with you.
✦Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?✦
Typically, no. All sales are considered final. You may request to cancel an order if it has not been shipped out yet. However if your order arrives damaged, a missing/wrong item was sent, or any other issues, please contact me and I will do my best to work out a solution with you!
